AI-Powered Therapy
Artificial Intelligence, with it's capacity to analyze huge amounts of date to uncover patterns and insights, offers huge opportunity to mental health treatment. However, concerning questions remain regarding algorithmic bias, impact on the therapeutic relationship, and privacy and data security. I'm interested in exploring how to responsibly harness this potential for the benefit of patients.

AI & Therapy: A 6-Week Interpersonal Consultation Group for Therapists
Are you curious and/or concerned about how AI might shape the future of therapy—not just as a tool, but as a presence within the therapeutic process itself?
This 6-week interpersonal process group is designed for therapists who want to explore their relational dynamics while simultaneously experimenting with AI’s role in therapy. Members will engage in here-and-now interpersonal exploration, deepening their awareness of how they relate to others, how they are perceived, and how group dynamics unfold. At the same time, this group is an experiment in AI-assisted facilitation. Sessions will be transcribed and analyzed by a personalized ChatGPT, with AI-generated reflections on group themes, emotional patterns, and interpersonal dynamics shared between meetings. The group will explore what it feels like to interact with AI, how it may enhance (or disrupt) group cohesion, and its potential risks and benefits in psychotherapy.
This group is ideal for therapists who:
✅ Want to deepen their interpersonal awareness through process-oriented work
✅ Are intrigued by AI’s potential applications and limitations in mental health
✅ Wish to experience AI-assisted facilitation firsthand
✅ Are open to an experimental and exploratory group format
Each session will include:
🔹 Live interpersonal process work—focusing on real-time interactions, emotions, and patterns
🔹 AI-generated thematic summaries & insights sent between sessions
